The excellently prepared meals wonderfully present the Bulgarian cuisine and satisfy the taste of the Bulgarian and of the numerous foreign visitors. The menu contains a lot of traditional dishes like tarator, beans salad, kyopoolu (a mixture prepared of baked egg plant, baked peppers, garlic, parsley and dressing), kachamak (hominy), grilled meat (meat balls, steak, grilled rissole). The restaurant is also famous for its selected dishes such as lamb after the traditional way it has been prepared on St George's day.

The rich and excellently chosen collection of wine and rakia (plum/grape brandy) makes the Votenitzata restaurant an oasis for connoisseurs of good drinks.

Every evening, at 9 pm the orchestra starts performing brilliant Bulgarian folk music and songs. The folk dancers entertain the customers and contribute to their good mood. There are fire-dances in the restaurant garden from the first warm spring days till the last mild autumn days. The fire-dancers are in trance while dancing on the coals.
